Room space of 90 seats augmented to now fit 207 working desks with 30% more circulation space and breakout spaces to relax and refresh.

A café is structured at the very entrance, making it conveniently used as a waiting lounge, a place for meeting clients as well as a refreshment place.

A remarkable hitch was the lack of budget which made the working experience even more challenging and rewarding as well. 12000 sq. ft. area was redesigned and the total project cost was 9 lakhs including LED lights, wire looping, desk reassemble, café, paint and finishing, break out space, wall arts and more.
